Jesus Is The Truth Church (JIT) is a Bible-believing Haitian church in Reading, Pennsylvania, dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making faithful disciples, and glorifying God through His Word. We joyfully serve the Haitian community in Reading while welcoming people of every nation, language, and background to worship with us.

We are passionate about helping people experience the love of Christ through biblical teaching, heartfelt worship, prayer, authentic Christian fellowship, and compassionate community outreach. Our desire is to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel and to help every believer grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our worship services are offered in Haitian Creole, French, and English, allowing individuals and families to grow together in God’s Word regardless of their language. At JIT, we believe that Jesus Christ is the only way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and we are committed to preaching His message with faithfulness, love, and biblical integrity.

Our mission is to glorify God by preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples, strengthening families, equipping believers through biblical teaching, and serving the Haitian community in Reading, Pennsylvania, as well as the surrounding communities, with the love of Christ.

Our vision is to become a Christ-centered church where lives are transformed through the power of God’s Word. We desire to be a place where the Haitian community, as well as people from every culture and background, can worship God, grow spiritually, discover their God-given purpose, and faithfully follow Jesus Christ.

Our History

Jesus Is The Truth Church was established in Reading, Pennsylvania, through God’s guidance and a passion to reach people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. After years of pastoral ministry, biblical teaching, and serving the Church, God opened the door to plant a congregation with a clear mission: to faithfully preach the Holy Scriptures, disciple believers, strengthen families, and serve the Haitian community in Reading while welcoming everyone who desires to know Jesus Christ.

Today, Jesus Is The Truth Church continues to proclaim the truth of God’s Word, encourage prayer and worship, equip believers for Christian service, and share the hope of Jesus Christ with Reading, Pennsylvania, and beyond.
